2025 Niagara on the Lake Minor Box Lacrosse Registration

**New this year - there is NO mandatory volunteer fee**

Important:  Player will not approved to play if proof of age is not provided. Please be sure to upload this documentation before completing the registration. 
Please note: The Niagara Thunderhawks offer a rep travel program only. If your child is interested in house league lacrosse, you do not need a release to join the St.Catharines house league program.

 

Step-by-Step Registration Instructions 

Membership login should be done by the parent. Use the following instructions to guide you through the registration process.

• Click next to continue.

• Create a family account or an adult member account.  If a family member is participating as a coach or trainer, they must be entered as well.  A family account is suggested unless you are registering and paying only for yourself.

• Complete the New Member Account Registration Page.  Enter your own information and then add the player(s).

• The Member Portal will come up next, click on New Registration.

• The Product Registration Page will come up, pick your participant, click NEXT

• Choose the Registration Product (it will only show what team you are allowed to pick from according to age guidelines).

• You will then be taken to a Waiver that is age driven from the OLA, you must accept and agree before moving to the next step.

• You will be prompted to provide Proof of Age (player) or NCCP card or Trainer certification (coach / trainer).  Scan it or take a picture with your smart phone and upload it (jpg or pdf).  Please make sure the picture is clear so it can be easily read as it needs to be approved at the club, league and OLA level.  Acceptable proof of age documents can be a birth certificate, passport, driver's license, statement of live birth, baptismal certificate, status card (both sides of document required) or any government issued ID.  It is a good idea to have this on hand before starting the process.  If proof of age for a player is not provided, the player will not be approved to play. 

• Payment Option is next - please pay by credit card. Players will NOT be allowed to attend any practices or games until full payment is made.

• A confirmation e-mail will be sent once you've successfully completed the registration process.

• Once your payment and player card are approved at the club level, it will be sent to the OLA for final approval.

NOTES REGARDING FEES

We accept credit card only. Please note, there is a $25 fee per refund issued if you withdraw your registration. This fee is waived if players are released due to low registration.
