Chris Weier Selected by The Toronto Rock
Submitted By Tim Marotta on Friday, September 18, 2020
With their fourth round pick, 62nd overall the Toronto Rock selected Chris Weier, a defender who played minor and Jr B with the Thunderhawks.

On their website the Rock say "the steady defender has the ability to push the ball in transition and brings a high lacrosse IQ to the table."

Chris Weier had a great 2019, making it to the Baggataway Cup Tournament (The Canadian University Field Lacrosse Championship Tournament) with Brock University and winning the Minto Cup (Canadian Jr. A Championship) as part of the Orangeville Northmen.

We look forward to watching Chris continue to pursue excellence at the next level!

Congratulations....and good luck Chris!!
