Tournament registration will be in the Tournament Office located in Centennial Arena.
Tournament registration will be in the Tournament Office located in Centennial Arena. Upon arrival, the team manager (coach/rep) must attend the Tournament Office and fill out the game sheet and provide the original OLA registration forms complete with all 3 approvals (club, zone and OLA) for all participating players, coaches and trainers. Note: Zone 1 and Zone 4 teams will only have 2 approvals (club and OLA).
If this documentation is not provided at the tournament registration office, the player, coach and/or trainer will NOT be allowed to participate until such documentation is provided to the tournament host. DIGITAL COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
